Art is holy work. Creativity requires community but it also requires space/time. This is a group that welcomes all artists (writers, painters, sketch artists, musicians, and beyond) for whom craft matters to come and receive prayer, encouragement, and room to play with their medium. We'll start each monthly session with some meditation/contemplation and move into a breakout time to do the work of creating. By the end of each session, we'll do a quick benediction and hope you are renewed and reminded you that you are not alone. Bring your own tools (sketchbook, laptop, watercolors, pencils, instrument) to enjoy some time to play with beauty!
