Executive Director
Position Summary:
The Executive Director serves as Mercy Vineyard Church's chief strategic and operational leader, overseeing organizational health, financial systems, HR, and staff management. A naturally strategic, solutions-oriented thinker, the Executive Director will fill the gap between vision and reality. This position partners closely with the Lead Pastor to execute the vision, structure the church for growth, and expand Mercy Vineyard’s impact in the city. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about leading an organization towards success while making a meaningful, Godly impact in the Twin Cities.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in nonprofit, church, or business operations
Strong organizational, strategic planning, and people management skills
Financial oversight experience
High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competency
Alignment with Mercy Vineyard’s mission, values, and theology
