Post-pandemic, many of us are readjusting to our new normals and finding that, like many other aspects of life, our ways of connecting with God have shifted and no longer feel fruitful. This class will focus on exploring and reacquainting ourselves with ancient Christian spiritual disciplines, some familiar and some new.
