Mercy Groups
We believe that following Jesus happens best when we’re in community with others.
While there are lots of ways to connect at Mercy, small groups are at the heart of what we do. We have a variety of groups to choose from, whether you are looking to make friends, grow spiritually, or serve the city.
At the bottom of the page is a list of groups. Many of our Connect and Growth Groups are meeting online. Email the leaders for information on how they are gathering.
Ways to Find Community
Connect Groups
Make friends: Meet up with others who share an interest or activity.
Growth Groups
Grow spiritually: Join a small group of people coming together for regular prayer & fellowship.
Jon Charles & Scott Whitmore- Jesus & Politics Reading Group

***Meets Online. Contact Leader for Zoom link*** Our group's focus is to read, engage, and discuss what it means to be faithfully engaged in politics with a Christ-centered approach. We'll use Eugene Cho's book "Thou Shalt Not Be A Jerk" as a framework for weekly discussion online (and potentially in person later per COVID protocols). Please purchase the book on your own to read along- but you are welcome to attend without reading the book. We'll meet for 8 sessions with 2 short breaks interspersed.
