We believe that following Jesus happens best when we’re in community with others.
While there are lots of ways to connect at Mercy, small groups are at the heart of what we do. We have a variety of groups to choose from, whether you are looking to make friends, grow spiritually, or serve the city.
At the bottom of the page, is a list of groups. Before visiting, please contact the leaders for current group information.
Ways to Find Community
Make friends: Meet up with others who share an interest or activity.
Grow spiritually: Join a small group of people coming together for regular prayer & fellowship.
Serve the city: Commit to a team supporting organizations throughout Minneapolis-St.Paul.
Impact Group: Antioch Ministries
Antioch is a North Minneapolis community-centered program for kids ages 6-17. Antioch runs programming for kids on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, creating an environment where kids can learn about and experience Jesus, grow in relationships, learn life skills, have fun, and impact their communities. The Antioch Impact Group Team will support the mission and vision of Antioch through one-time and on-going volunteer opportunities. Examples of ways team members could get involved include: Volunteering with Antioch programming (currently one male volunteer is needed for Wednesdays and one female volunteer is needed for Thursdays), partnering with other teammates to provide meals for the Antioch programming on a semi-regular basis, forming and Antioch prayer team, and creating an Antioch community development team to assist with special events, fundraising, and secure community resources. Contact the group leader for more information.
