@MW- Bible Study: Jonah

Wednesdays, September 20 – November 1 // 6-8pm // MERCY

Many Christians feel confused reading the Bible by themselves. While the Bible is a “divine book,” it’s also a human book, written in the times, places, and languages of its human authors. What do we make of the “human side” of the Bible? How does it change the way we read the Bible and hear from God? We’ll read through the book of Jonah, understand it in its context, and consider what God might be saying to us through this Old Testament story. Led by Jeff Heidkamp and Adam Schalter.

Childcare is for kids up to 5th grade and open to class registrants only. Cost is $3 per adult dinner, per evening (kids eat free). Childcare is provided for $3 a child, per evening.
