Empty Arms Gathering
We want to be a place for couples who have experienced miscarriage or infertility to connect with each other. A leader at Mercy who has both professional and personal experience talking about these topics will be hosting a gathering on Sunday, April 15, during the 11am service for couples or individuals who’d like to receive prayer, support, and encouragement, as well as a safe place to tell your story.

White Earth Summer Trip Interest Meeting

Come learn about our trip to the White Earth American Reservation from June 22-30. We will be joined by two other Vineyard churches. The main focus of our trip is putting on Hope Camp for all of the kids and youth in the village. We’ll watch a short video and you’ll hear from folks who have done the trip in the past!
Engaging in the Kingdom | Regional Women's Retreat
The annual regional women’s conference will be an amazing time of gathering together with women from our Midwest North Region, which includes over 50 churches. We want to encourage women to engage in God’s Kingdom which is filled with invitation and hope, especially when life throws us unpredictable curve balls such as loss, loneliness, and disease. Childcare is not available. However, nursing babies are welcomed.

Spring Outdoor Clean-up Day

For Earth Day weekend, you can help bring Mercy’s outdoors spaces back to spring form! On Saturday, April 21st at 10am, we will gather in the back of the building and clean up the grassy areas and parking lot! Please bring your rakes, brooms, trimmers and willingness to work hard. Coffee and snacks are provided. No childcare provided, however, your kids can certainly help with your direct supervision (for safety reasons, no infants or toddlers for this event).
VBS Volunteer Interest Meeting

We can’t make VBS happen without amazing volunteers! If you want to join us in Splash Canyon, come and learn about all of the ways you can volunteer for this summer’s VBS. We’re looking for people who can help before, during, or after VBS – including group leaders and volunteers to help with games, storytelling, crafts, decorating, tear down and more!
The Land of the Bible: Text, Archaeology, and Geography

Did you know that key, recognizable places from the Biblical narrative — the Mount of Olives, the Sea of Galilee — are real places? While it can be easy for us to read the Bible as a book of timeless spiritual truths, the reality is that it reflects real people who lived in a real place in history. Come to this class to receive an introduction to the geography and archaeology of the land of the Bible, and how these things enrich and enliven our reading of the Scriptures.

New Mom Coffee & Conversation

New moms and those expecting their first baby are invited to attend this informal event will provide an opportunity to meet other new moms at Mercy, ask questions of other moms and receive prayer. We will not have childcare, but you’re welcome to bring your babies! We’ll have coffee, juice and light refreshments.
Care Team Volunteer Interest Meeting

We want to be a church that cares really well for each other. One of the ways we do that is through Mercy’s Care Team. Our goal is to provide practical, short-term assistance to folks in our church when they could use a little extra support. Whether it’s providing a meal or helping out with household chores, these simple acts of generosity go a long way to bless someone. Come to the interest meeting if you’d like to learn more about joining this team.
Journey to the Holy Land
Travel with other Jesus followers on this multiple perspective journey through the Holy Land. Rooted in Christian pilgrimage and facilitated by two guides, one Israeli and one Palestinian, spend 8 days experiencing the spiritual sites, enjoying the diverse cultures of the region and learning about the daily struggles for peace, justice and security through the eyes of its residents. Travelers will be offered a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the complex issues facing Israelis and Palestinians hearing from local leaders, activists and community members from every perspective. There will be time for spiritual reflection, teaching, discussion and fun.
